Note:
If you are new to Vitali-Chi Treatments you have to attend a 45 minutes session, before you can move onto 60 minute sessions. Also please bring a pair of socks with you on the day of your treatment.
Please do not drink any caffinated beverages, on the day of your treatment or after your treatment for 24 hours. Please drink a glass of water before your treatment to support the detoxing process.
