About Me

Hello and Welcome 

My name is Zorina Jane having spent over a decade working within the fields of substance misuse, mental health & the criminal justice system. I have faced a lot of challenges myself during my career. From Gut health issues, burnouts, insomnia, stress related issues, anemia, adenonyosis and other hormonal imbalances.

In 2015 I made a conscious decision to take control of my life and explore the wonderful world of Alternative Therapies. Natural Herbs, Essential Oils and to live my life by the Danish word 'Haggi' which means in Danish celebrating the quality of cosiness in our lives. 

My passion has always been to support others who too are struggling & seeking to find the best versions off themselves. I use various different tecniques such as; SMART Goals, basic CBT- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. whilst being Person Centred when working with clients. I also give client's the tools that they need, to have a better understanding of themeselves along with having an empathic ear in a non judgemental environment.
